Once you activate your access and complete the onboarding form, you can message Cherry on WhatsApp and ask questions like:

Cherry replies with guidance tailored to your dog’s profile.

No. Cherry works directly on WhatsApp. Nothing to install.

Because Cherry uses your dog’s details (age, weight, goals, sensitivities, etc.) to give more accurate and personalised guidance.

Also, right now onboarding is required before Cherry can reply.

Cherry is not a veterinarian and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medication.

If your dog has a medical condition (or severe allergies), we recommend you consult a qualified vet for diagnosis and treatment. Cherry can still help you with gentle feeding ideas and questions to ask your vet.

We do our best to keep Cherry helpful and safe, but AI can occasionally make mistakes. If anything feels unclear or risky, rather double-check with your vet and message us for support.
